General Terms and Conditions

Membership of and access to all communal EK Collective premises, use of all communal spaces, boardrooms and office pods in accordance with the Members Handbook.

The amount payable per month will be payable in advance. Payment is due on the first day of the calendar month and is subject to a 1 month rolling contract with a requirement of 1 month’s notice to cancel the agreement.

The licence fee is inclusive of service charge for management, buildings insurance and maintenance charges. The amount will be paid by electronic transfer into the bank account of Collective Communities CIC on the 1st day of each calendar month.
